Growth Engine offers SMS, Email, and Chatbot services as part of the platform. By using these services, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sending of SMS, Email, and Chatbot messages, including but not limited to, obtaining consent from recipients and honoring opt-out requests. Growth Engine shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of these services in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
Growth Engine reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, without notice. Growth Engine shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuation of the service.
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of Growth Engine, including but not limited to, subscription fees and usage fees. Payment for the service shall be made through Stripe, or "Go card less", as outlined in the pricing page of the website or as agreed upon in a separate contract. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In addition to the subscription fees, some features of the platform may require additional usage fees based on the volume of usage or the specific feature used. These fees will be clearly outlined in the pricing page of the website or as agreed upon in a separate contract.
Any charges incurred by your purchase or use of the Services will be billed to the credit card we have on file, or a mandate raised via "go cardless". In the event you sign up for a Service that is ongoing and incurs recurring charges (such as a subscription), such charges will be billed in advance of Service.
You agree to provide us with accurate and complete billing information, including valid credit card information, your name, address, and telephone number, and to provide us with any changes in such information within 30 days of the change.
You also confirm that you are the authorized user of the credit card used for payment and that you have the legal right to use it in the context of this transaction.

If your access is suspended, you will not be able to access any data or information stored on the platform until payment is made.
If your access is terminated, you will lose all access to the platform and any data or information stored on the platform.

In the event of termination of service, you will have the opportunity to export any data you have entered into Growth Engine, and you are responsible for ensuring that all data is exported before the service is terminated.
By using Growth Engine, you give your consent for us to share your data with necessary third parties to provide services and support. This includes but not limited to, third-party service providers such as High Level LLC, Twillio, Mailgun, and Stripe. We will only share the data that is required for the provision of services and support and will take all necessary measures to ensure that your data is protected.

However, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to keep your login credentials confidential and not to share them with any third party. You must notify Growth Engine immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Sharing of accounts is strictly prohibited. Each subscriber is responsible for ensuring that their account is not shared with any third party. Any subscriber found to be sharing their account will have their access to the platform suspended or terminated, and no refund will be provided.
You agree to use Growth Engine in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to, data protection and privacy laws.
Growth Engine may terminate your use of the service at any time, without notice. If your use of the service is terminated, you will no longer have access to any data or information stored on the platform.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Growth Engine makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the service.
Growth Engine shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
